Yosemite on a Elitebook 1040

in hp folio 1040 g1 all works, i have to change wifi BUT
the main problem is the audio very low that block me to install osx on it
the audio is IDT 92HD91
is there a solution to increase the volume of audio?
will be great

RehabMan i follewed the guide but the audio volume is low, is there a way to fix it?

even if i put it at maximum volume is not loud like in windows

Your profile has no hardware details (please fix as per guide/FAQ).
But low volume is typical.
Some use the Boom app to help.
