There are a few threads on this board about this but neither mentions the bug in disk utility afaik.
Issue:
You're using clover and Disk utility shows this error when verifying a disk (not a partition, the main disk) on Yosemite:
"The partition map needs to be repaired because there’s a problem with the EFI system partition’s file system."
When you repair the disk it seems fine but after the next reboot, the problem is being reported again.
Cause:
There may be a real error, but before you start hunting for this, first try this simple test. Mount the EFI partition of the disk in question using Clover configurator. Now run Disk check again. If the error now is gone, you are experiencing a bug in Disk utility and your disk is fine. If the error is still there, repairing may work and stick. If not, look through the other threads on the forum about this.
The bug is said to have appeared with Yosemite. In fact Apple might not even consider it a bug since we're doing funny things with the EFI partition that isn't exactly stock, but to us, it's a bug.
