Ok i found the problem, i did a fresh install than i checked the acpi kext. Everything was normal. After that i migrate and the problem was there again: corrupt acpi kext, no serial number, no powernap.
the problem was the migration of the mavericks files.

Blind migration is a bad idea... Migrate data files only, best done manually.

Does using powernap cause any damage to cpu, as fans etc don't come on? What darkwake value do you use?
