Yosemite and Marvell 88e8056 (freeze when kext install)

Hi All,

I've successfuly installed Yosemite on an Asus P6T Deluxe v2.
The system seems stable so far.

My only problem is whith the ethernet controllers.

I tried installing several kext whith kextbeast and the system freeze almost instantly after kextbeast finishes.

I tried to manually edit the AppeYukon2.kext and same thing.

If I reset the computer and try to boot anyway, it stops here:



Any idea on what goes wrong.

If I remove the IONetworkingFamily.kext and restore with original one, the system boots fine but with no ethernet

I'm having exact same problem. I've been reinstalling so many times for trying this and that.

No kext works nor changing 88E5083 -> 88E5086 would not work either.

Boot with -x -v GraphicsEnabler=Yes and install MultiBeast and 8053 -> 8056 trick.

can you share the steps to install yosemite on Asus P6T Deluxe? I encountered the same issue when i am booting from USB to install yosemite
