AMD 8320 @3.5GHZ
AMD HD 7970(msi oc edition) @ 3gb vram
8Gb 1600 mhz (2x4gb)
msi 970a-g43 motherboard

how to i install yosemite on it?

Apple don't use AMD processors so there is no support.
