Instead of inundating you with unnecessary information like my brain generally likes to do, I'm going to keep it short and sweet.

CPU - Intel i3-3220
Mobo - ASRock H67m-ITX (This is my major concern, since Gigabytes are recommended, but I have seen a few Hackintoshes with this mobo.)
RAM - Samsung low profile stuff. It's RAM. It should work.
SSD - OCZ 240GB Agility 3
PSU - SilverStone 450w. It's a power supply. It should work.
GPU - Currently using integrated HD2500, but I'm fairly certain it won't work. I'm definitely willing to spend under $40 on a fanless GPU. No games.

As for <$40 GPU's, how would the following two do?
http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Passive-Graphics-512-P3-1311-KR/dp/B004KABG22/
http://www.microcenter.com/product/..._512MB_with_TurboCache_PCIe_20_x16_Video_Card
http://www.microcenter.com/product/..._610_Zone_Edition_1024MB_DDR3_PCIe_Video_Card

The first two I'm worried are outdated. The last one is current-gen, and is a 2 slot, which is a plus for me (can't find my case's expansion slot covers, have no expansion cards for it.)

All help is appreciated, thanks!

EDIT: Found some great info on the motherboard!

Since the motherboard is definitely usable, the CPU is definitely usable, and I'm assuming everything else is, all I need to figure out is graphics. Cheap, silent (or near silent), low power, and cool are my requirements. A passive 210 is at the top of my list, but I still need some info on the compatibility of that.

EDIT 2: Well I'm feeling very lucky.

Looks like a 210 will fit in very nicely. Yay!

You pretty much answered all your own questions, so I'll just validate your answers.

Lots of folks have built Hackintoshes around the ASRock H67M-ITX board, I believe the key is to install a modified UEFI BIOS. Definitely read up on it before you get started.

You are correct that HD 2500 graphics are unsupported; you'll need a graphics card. The Geforce 210 will work fine.

Have fun!
