I use catalina for a long time, but the memory is 8g. So, i change the memory to 16g. It works.
i check the memory by dell support, it is good. but, when i boot the catalina again. it can not boot.
By the way, I use my old clover.efi, which is 8g, to boot it.

Try Adding Them In Clover / Smbios try to specify the RAM speed for each on if they does have different ones

i find the problem. it is about DSDT.aml. Because I change Memory. So, the dsdt informaion is changed. But I still used my old DSDT.aml which cause panic. I update my DSDT.aml and everything is ok.

By the way, 16g Ram is so great !!

Agree! Although many people say 8GB is enough (sure it is) but 16GB is a clearly noticeable difference in my opinion...
