xMove problem: 10.7 to latest Mountain Lion from app store

I am following this guide.

I have downloaded the latest lion from the app store and it is in my applications folder. I made the installer partition but I get stuck on Step 3 where xmove complains

"You need your purchased Install Mac OS X Lion.app in the Applications folder before you can install."

This is "xMove Lion 1.5.1"

Any ideas? I think all my hack specs are in my .sig

If you downloaded recently, what you downloaded was Mountain Lion, as Lion is no longer available for download. Double check your Applications folder for the presence of Install OS X Mountain Lion.app. If it is there then use the Mountain Lion version of xMove.

It is in the same place you got Lion xMove - downloads->other archive
