xMove method with VMware

Hi everyone,

I'm new at all this Hackintosh thing and I wanted to experience the Mac OS X Lion on my Toshiba laptop so I followed the tutorial but had a problem: I don't know anyone that has a Mac that I could use to create the USB Drive.

So my first guess was to "create" a Mac installation of OS X Lion on a VM and from there create the USB Drive. Installation worked fine, upgraded to 10.7.3 without a single problem. Ran xMove, started the process and now it's at "Running package scripts". It's been at it for a good 10-15 minutes and, without any exaggeration, since the beginning, every 7-8 seconds, the countdown's been adding 5 minutes. It is now at 7h53 minutes, and still goes up. Is it normal? Is this method supposed to work with a VM and if not, is there one that would work?

BTW, here is my full configuration for my laptop:

Toshiba Satellite L770
Intel Inside Core i3 2330M 2.20 ghz
4 GB of RAM DDR3
640 GB Harddrive
Integrated graphics (Intel HD Graphics 2000)
