I got a same model of MI NOTEBOOK as you. And I tried your folder which is great with almost everything working. There are only two issues left. First, the browser seems not stable and crash often, vedio play is not working. Second, the touch pad is not perfect, as only few guestures are working well.

I would try to fix these if possible. Anyone get thoese issues working, plz let me know. Thx.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

I experienced browser crashes but very rarely I have to say. Video is working fine for me. Touchpad is pretty bad. Actually only left click is working well, right click and scrolling not really... All other gestures not at all. I attached (hopefully complete) problem reporting files, so maybe someone can have a look at it and give a hint.

Actually, I found the reason of browser and video issue. It is caused by the laptop sleep, once it slept the audio won't work. Then the broken audio leads to the browser and the video issue. So I set it not to sleep any more, then it is fixed.

Also the screen brightness is not adjustable, it makes the battery running out for about three hours. I tried the AppleBacklightInjector kext but no luck.

For the Touchpad, it is working with right click and scroll but not very slick. The muilt fingers guestures work in a wierd way. I tried updated VoodooPS2Controller.kext and it didn't change anything. I will try the VoodooI2C.kext later.

no error there, that is normal

but if that is all you are getting, then you have some issues

*all* kexts you need (ie all from clover/kexts/other) should/need to be installed to /Library/Extensions

and then:

InjectKexts>Yes

should be
InjectKexts>Detect

As is clear in your ioreg, you failed to rename GFX0->IGPU.

You need to start with a correct config.plist that has common renames.

Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.

Thanks for the reply, I v installed all kexts to the system volume and also renamed IGPU.

Your ioreg proves important renames are missing (HECI->IMEI, for example).

Thanks for the reply, I check the files again. For the gen_debug.sh, I did try it first but it always returns a connection error. So I have to do it manully.
