I manage to make XFX RX 480 8GB GTR Black Edition work in Sierra 10.12.2 by using single monitor (2 inputs DVI + VGA). DVI is connected to RX 480 and VGA is connected to the motherboard. Also mind that my cpu is i5-3470 so no integrated graphics support for my HD2500.

There are some little glitches here and there but it is working stable in Adobe editing programs. I didn't had any time to check other things.

This is my video on how to make it work.

Also iMovie works smooth as butter. I have edited the video it.

Completed benchmark without any error.

did u plug both dvi+VGA??

Yes, both are connected all the time. After the bios setting of initial display iGPU I have switched to the VGA from the monitor source button.
 
Quick Update:
Today I run the Unigine Heaven Benchmark on Windows 10. You can find test results below. As you can see the card have higher numbers with the W10. Unigine shows the card as 4GB version but this is a known bug of the program.

you used directx renderer in windows
change the renderer in setting and test again to compare
