I manage to make XFX RX 480 8GB GTR Black Edition work in Sierra 10.12.2 by using single monitor (2 inputs DVI + VGA). DVI is connected to RX 480 and VGA is connected to the motherboard. Also mind that my cpu is i5-3470 so no integrated graphics support for my HD2500.
Thanks to the Conath for his guide. It helped me a lot.

There are some little glitches here and there but it is working stable in Adobe editing programs. I didn't had any time to check other things.
This is my video on how to make it work.
Also iMovie works smooth as butter. I have edited the video it.
Completed benchmark without any error.
Thank you all for all the help given in the forums.
