I am in the process of getting parts and I am just wondering if one of following Xeon processors is supported?

1. Xeon E5 2687 V2 (8 Cores)
2. Xeon E5 2690 V2 (10 Cores)
3. Xeon E5 2692 V2 (12 Cores)
4. Xeon E5 2697 V2 (12 Cores)

Thank you in advance.

Yes these are supported, but what ever you do - make sure you do a lot of research on these parts and other like the MotherBoard as it would not be good to invest so much $$$$ into parts you can't use....

You may want to see this build.

PS - I would suggest you make a Mavericks MultiBeast USB stick for this first project before attempting to build this and test that UniBeast out on other less costly hardware so you have a feel for this.... cause going the long way around - install Snow Leo then get App store make UniBeast USB then install ... is the long way around.
