X99-AII "In memory panic stackshot"

Hello all,
I'm back after years of building my first hackintosh few years back. I'm decided to upgrade my MacOS and chose to use opencore instead of clover. I'm getting a panic while trying to install Big Sur. I've googled around, tried a few things for few hours and I hit a roadblock. I also uploaded my config.plist.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Spec:
Mobo- Asus X99-AII
CPU - Xeon 2695 V3
Graphics- EVGA geforce 1050 FTW
Memory - (cant remember the brand)ECC 96GB (16gbx6)
HD- WD 500GB SSD

Wow, thanks!! I guess I'll hold off on updating to big sur until I can find a reasonably priced graphics card.
