X99 5960x Haswell-E Monterey Upgrade Issue

Solved my issues by using the latest CpuTscSync.kext file and getting away from TSCAdjustedReset.kext.
Please don't use the EFI listed below as this is super outdated and utilizes a lot of incorrect kexts and patches.

I've been working on trying to get my X99 Build from Big Sur 11.6.4 up to Monterey 12.2.1 but seem to be running into the same kernel panic every time. Regardless of if I have VMM patches enabled or not I run into the same panic.

Does anyone prefer CpuTscSync.kext over TSCAdjustedReset.kext?
I'm also wondering if using the ACPI patch XHC1 to SHCI should be avoided on Monterey?
