X79 BigSur Will it Work?

Hi Guys

I have an older X79 | 4930k hack, running 10.15.7 and working on OC 0.6.3 and\or Clover r5126 but can't get the BigSur installer to boot.
Attached are both EFI"s and some logs.

Potential Issue, I have two RX580's in the machine and I had kernel panics in HighSierra with both cards, but Mojave & Catalina worked perfectly.

Hoping there is something small I missed.

Yes x79 and Big Sur work very well ... but it is a nightmare until first stable boot. Probably its because Big Sur is my first contact with OpenCore.
See my current work in progress attached. It is not finished completly as onboard audio and some usb3 ports wont work but in general it works good and stable.

To get my EFI copy running: replace serial ids (search for xxx), Cpuid1Data, Cpuid1Mask by your own and generate your SSDT-PM.aml - as i use an other CPU from same IvyBridge Family .

My recommendation for OpenCore: follow the offical guide step by step! BUT: i needed some addional "creativity" to get is to current state (run Catalina, install Big Sur and run Big Sur).

I am using the USBXHCI_FL1009.kext. for usb 3

So I see you are using the CpuTscSync kext and not the VoodooTSCSync, do I need to make a 6core version,

I see some gooogling in my near future..

here is my OC 6.3 Working on Big Sur for P9X79 WS with i7 4930K Radeon RX580
Was working previously with Catalina 10.15.7 just made few update to made it work on Big Sur.
If that can help someone

i'm sure it perfectible but at least it work !!!
How to process create an USB Installer.
Copy EFI folder.... Enjoy

looks like it was this patch that did the trick, stopped the IOPCIFamily panic at boot with BS

DSDT UNC0 _HID to XHID
Find: 554E43 30085F48 4944
Replace: 554E43 30085848 4944

actually only used the top one.

DSDT UNC1 _HID to XHID
Find: 554E43 31085F48 4944
Replace: 554E43 31085848 4944

I did have the SSDT-UNC file but perhaps it does not work as is.

Hello dear,
I see that they use a configuration similar to my computer. My system today is Catalina with clover v5122 and I can't migrate to open core, much less to Bigsur. I tried to follow the procedures on the dortarina website but I have difficulties. My configuration today is: GA-X79UP5 WI-FI, XEON E5 2696V2, RADEON HD 7970. Can someone please light up my mind?

Did you managed to have your USB 3 Work ? mine is not working on big sur. it work fine on Catalina or High sierra with same EFI folder.
my USB 3 is ASMEDIA 1042
any Help ?
