hi,
i use x58a-ud9 mobo and 10.8.2 osx. it works fine except exceptionally need for IDE/floppy support. Im trying to get IDE device working there. Its Jmicron JMB363 controller for IDE there. Another Jmicron controller present at the motherboard is JMB362, wich operates SATA devices. 2 sata/2 esata.
I'v got JMB controllers recognized (it says about 4 ports avaliable) as JMB363 over PATA devices list over osx device list. I'v tryed installing AHCI_3rdParty_eSATA.kext and AHCI_3rdParty_SATA.kext from the MultiBeast. Both of em seems to work.
There are nothing present at the ATA list and installing JMicron36xATA.kext from MultiBeast does nothing there. Is there are anything i can do about it? Looks like what that kext fails to do his job.
