X58A-UD3R is it fully working?

Hi,
I have working hack on Asus Rampage III Extreme, but I can't get sleep to work properly. I've decided to buy X58A-UD3R, but would like to know if sleep, and wake on lan work as they should. Other components are oc'ed i7 980x @4GHz, 12GB Mushkin CL6 @1600, and evga GTX470.
Any help will be appreciated.

...and please respond only, if you are 100% sure it is working. I've already exceeded my budget for this project, and don't want to waste more money on mb that doesn't work.

Update: I'm also using external DVD (unplugged for sleep), apple full size keyboard, and logitech mouse for mac (flawless on mac pro). I don't have anything else that may keep sleep from working.

for 24/7 systems it is standard, and nothing WOW about it... Running 950 @3Ghz deserves more WOW...
