X58A-UD3R 1.0 Minimal-edits DSDT BIOS F6n

I didn't see a DSDT appear in the database for this one, so had to make my own. Sorry if it's not the etiquette to post them here, but I thought it might help someone else who's upgraded the revision 1.0 mobo to the latest BIOS.
