i think it's a driver issue like in the kind as on windows.
not sure if i am right, but this is only i can explain this bug.

note that the GTX460 is not official supported by Apple.

I think I will buy a new Graphic card.

have you got any recomendatios? Better than gtx460, because now in windows I have 15 fps more or less, and it's impossible to play in this way.

I have more or less 200E

Try a Radeon HD6870 or HD6970,
for me is a HD5770 enough.
 
I had a friend running xPlane 9 on his iMac, so I was curious about 10.
Just downloaded and tried the xplane 10 demo. Would not run. Get a message
"Null texture - how"
ref= 1020
Click on the OK button and program quits.
GPU in signature. Cinebench somewhere around 46fps :wave:

Edit: I was wrong, and the game is now running. I crash a lot!
I mean my flying, not the game when I say crash a lot!
 
I will buy a Ati Graphic card.

I'm thinking in 2 options, 2 HD 6870 CF, or 1 HD 6970 or HD 6950.

What do you think is better?
 
The Radeon HD6870 should run OOB with ''graphics enabler - yes''
but Crossfire is not supported by OSX.
For HD6970/50 look in other threads how they work, i don't know about them.
An iMac use a mobile HD6970.
 
I have bought a sapphire HD 6950, (very nice price).
In two or three days, it will arrive home.

I will tell you how it works and if it works with x-Plane ( the most important for me)

:? But there is no support for 69xx series yet,and if you will be able to make it work,it will only go in Safe mode,or without graphics enabler,so generic Radeon framebuffer,no QE/CI...

GA H67M-D2
i5 2500
GA 460GTX
And Lion 10.7.2

A try it in a Macbook Pro and it work well.

Do you know what can I do?

Did you use the new installer from the X-plane.org website?
They recommend NOT to use the one from the DVD, it's been updated and several bugs fixed since launch day on December 5th! then run the latest update!
I run it in a 2500k - Gigabyte Z68x UD3H - 8gigs Ram - and NO graphics card yet, just the HD3000, and waiting for the 6870... in Lion... at ~40 FPS... low clouds but high terrain...
