I want to be able to play skyrim at max settings. I can already do this, im just concerned about VRAM and fan noise.

Do you think i can do this?

If you're gaming then yes. I don't know how much of an improvement you would see if you're just working with photos and rendering videos though.

The GTX 680 is NOT supported in OSX at this time. The GTX 580 is though.
