Worth salvaging a Dell PowerEdge T110 Case, power supply and CPU Cooler?

Nubie question. I'm about to embark on first Hackintosh project with my 10-year old son. We've set a modest budget but have identified parts from comparable lists. I'm wondering if its worth salvaging a Dell PowerEdge T110 Case, power supply and CPU Cooler and put that $$ into more RAM or a larger SSD. Display port on back only seems to be VGA. Thanks all for the advice.

Unless you plan on using a Dell server motherboard it's not of any use. You'll need a case that has a removable I/O shield opening in the back.
