Hi all,

I just installed my first Hackintosh today but i can't get my videocard to work properly....
"Everything" loads very dodgy (like Launchpad) also the resolution is not right (1920*1080) but it's a 4K screen (I can get 4K with the build-in videocard) ...

I think this all is a result of me not being able to select "Nvidia Web Driver" because when i do this and i reboot it's back to OS X.........

Could anyone maybe help me to fix this and also to get audio over Displayport?

Reinstall nvidia web drivers. Boot with nvda_drv=1 see if that helps.

Omg i feel so stupid right now... This is like or you plug the power in to the device...
But how can i make this setting permanent? And i still don't have audio over the Display port / HDMI

Use Clover Configurator mount EFI. head over to EFI/Clover/config.plist open it with Clover Configurator go to boot tab in Clover Configuraror and tick nvda_drv=1 save and reboot.

Yes it is supported natively. Make sure your monitor is set to DP1.2.

I am trying to get this to work over HDMI 2.0 with the same card. No luck so far but it's attached to a ViewSonic 4K display. I used multi beast but I'm wondering if I need to do that clover edit also. Thanks.

For HDMI 2.0 you might need the pixel clock patch found here: https://github.com/Floris497/mac-pixel-clock-patch-V2
