Hi all,
I have some minor issues with the build of my girlfriend's hackintosh that I would like to work out, note that the system is fully functioning.
My Build:
In order to install I did:
Now, everything works as intended (Autosleep, Chess, DVD Player, GeekBench, App Store etc.), but HWMonitor won't show anything at all.
I followed this guide in order to test my speedstep, and the only P-States showing up are 16 and 33.
How can I make HWMonitor works? Is my P-States enough for the CPU I have or is something missing?
Is there any way to make the CPU run really quiet until some game is fired up (and then working as intended)?
I have some minor issues with the build of my girlfriend's hackintosh that I would like to work out, note that the system is fully functioning.
My Build:
- Thermaltake Commando
- OCZ 600W modxstreme
- i3-3225
- Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H
- 2x4 GB Corsarir Vengeance 1600Mhz (NOT low profile)
- Samsung 830 SSD 128GB
- 2x Other SATA HD
- XFX HD6870 HD-687A-ZDFC
In order to install I did:
- Updated Uefi to the latest F7 and configure it, I used this guide.
- DO NOT INSTALL 6870 yet (use main board DVI as video out)
- Do not connect the Hard Drive in which you want windows
- As a precaution I installed with 4GB RAM (upgraded later, XMP 1600Mhz)
- Installed through Unibeast
- Configured Multibeast 5.1.2 as following ->
