Wireless card

Bought a Fenvi wireless card a while ago and didn't realize it actually did not have the chip for it. Now I'm trying to install the chip and I cannot get the screw out to fully install the card. Any suggestions?

That is what the screw goes into to hold the card down. Don't try to remove that. See if you can find the screw that fits there. Should have been included.

Duh! No, of course - no screw included. I prob have one somewhere

OK, found the screw!! I'm actually installing this in my old Mac Pro 3,1 as I plan to use this in a detached garage for woodworking assistance. I installed the card the green light is on but not apparently recognized by the system. Should I be able to use this for wireless internet or no? (I know - not a Hackintosh but you all are knowledgable about this stuff)
