Hello wonderful people of Tonymac. This community has been invaluable in getting my build up and running very smoothly, until today.

When I installed I used an older wired USB apple keyboard, not aluminum. It worked fine, until today. It more or less stopped working, some keys work, others don't. The keyboard itself, however, is fine, I tested it on another non-hackintosh mac.

I've searched here but nothing is exactly on point.

I'm now using a cheap plain USB keyboard, trackball, and it works fine.

What's going on? How do I fix it? I do a lot of writing and I like my apple keyboard more than this POS I'm using now.

Any help is appreciated.

I'm having problems with my Apple keyboard too, I'm using the wired Aluminium MB110LL. I get a "low power" error whenever I plug it in on my Hack, as well as my neighbours genuine iMac, but it works fine on my Windows PC...
