Windows preinstalled

Hey guys! Sorry if this has been asked before, but what if my ProBook comes with Windows 7 Professional preinstalled? Am I supposed to format the entire hard drive to install Lion?
What to do when Windows is already installed on the hard drive?

you install over it, losing windows and recovery partition. Mine came with restore dvd's, you can also get those from HP.
