Is it possible to have both Windows and Mac OS X on the same machine?

Can I still follow your method or do I need to adjust some steps?

hi, i have tried this scenario once. I followed iBoot+multibeast installation and installed snowleopard on my machine. After my update to 10.6.8 i resized my partition to give room to windows 7, say 40GB, then, i popped in windows 7 installation dvd, reboot and boot from cd and installed to the new 40Gb partition. after the installation completed, i booted using iBoot and boot to Mac OS X, then ran multibeast choosing bootloader only. That's it, i can now choose where to boot when chimera start.

I have a PC with Windows installed. But now I also want OS X on it, so I have to do the reverse of you? Do I need to make a seperate partition?

I have Windows 7 on a SSD which is 70 Gb. 40 Gb is used by Windows 7.
