windows 7 and snow leopard

hey guys, can any1 tell me how to use windows 7 on a separate hdd and snow leopard on another?
i have 2 hdd's which is 1 500gb and another 2tb....

ive planed 2 boot up mac os x on the 2 tb hdd and windows 7 on another... how do i switch to this os when the computer boots up? will there be a selection panel if we install both os?

Connect one HDD.
Install one OS.
Connect the other HDD, disconnect the first HDD.
Install the other OS.
Reconnect the first HDD.
Boot to BIOS and make OS X HDD first in drive boot order.
Hit a key at the Chimera screen to select Win7 to boot (select System Reserved icon) or install Instant Menu and you won't have to hit a key.
