Hey,

So I have made initial tests with installing MacOS Sierra on my Desktop. The installation was buttery smooth and out of the box everything seemed fine.

The issues I have had so far are with network drivers and getting my Video card nVidia GTX 1050 Ti to work with the latest drivers from Nvidia for Pascal series. I decided to do this post in case I am forgetting something and that something might be the reason for not working completely.

I saw plenty of people were able to get my Motherboard working fine and smooth on El Capitain, Snow Leopard and so on, so I suppose Sierra shouldn't be an issue and the motherboard is a-okey. Because I run multiple OS's I am going to get another internal hard drive and I am left with the impression about anything will work fine in this aspect, am I correct?

Here is full system spec from my Manjaro installation:

Yes, your PC configuration is compatible and you´re able to run mac OS Sierra on it.
Follow the Unibeast guide to create a bootalbe USB drive: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...ierra-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.200564/

CPU: Quad core Intel Core i5 760 (-MCP-) cache: 8192 KB
Your CPU should be fine for mac OS.

Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 1050 TI 4GB
You should get the GTX 1050Ti working with the latest Nvidia Web Drivers: https://www.tonymacx86.com/nvidia-drivers/

Audio: Card-1 Intel 5 Series/3400 Series High Definition Audio
What is the audio chipset of your mainboard?

Network: Card-1: Realtek RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller
Ethernet should work fine with Realtek ethernet drivers that you can install via Multibeast.
See here: http://www.multibeast.com/ or here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/categories/tonymacx86-downloads.3/

Drives: HDD Total Size: 1747.7GB (22.1% used)
Your two drives should also work fine with mac OS.

success :)

Now time to buy a proper Hard for the machine. Everything works quite nice. I have some stutter but I think it is because I got a 10 year old + hdd that honestly sucks.

The biggest issue I am having is audio. There is nasty noise, lag with the play back and so on. I tried a couple of different drivers but all drivers give almost the same issue when I use Stereo codec with my Bluetooth headphones (issue persists on wired headphones too). Mono codec SCO works perfectly.

The other issue is that I used an old hard drive to get this Hackintosh working, and the drive is really really really old and quite bad and I get system lag, which I am 100% sure is from the hard drive. I am planning on purchasing a new SSD to try it out.

Yes, a SSD is recommended on mac OS Sierra, old hard drives have poor performence on mac OS

What is the audio chipset of your system?

VIA® VT2020 10-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC for the audio. So far I havent found a driver that works perfect with it.
Then you need maybe external supported audio.
