will the dell dimension 4550 work?

so i have a dell dimension 4550 with pentium 4 512mb ram and a geforce 4200 i was wondering if that is supported i did look on a old website and it did say that the graphics card will have issues just wanted to see if there is anyway to get it working

Don't waste any time on that old PC. Apple never used Pentiums in any Mac. The graphics card is too old to even run Snow Leopard from 2009. If you don't have a minimum of 2GB of ram installed that's another major obstacle. You can use older pre-builts but they should at least have an Ivy Bridge or newer core i3 CPU. So that means a PC made in 2012 or later.
