will not shutdown - only restarts - 10.14.2

My hack works quit well with 10.14.2 but when I try to shutdown the computer only restarts.
And getting the message "computer startet because of a problem."

Have tried Fixshutdown and other fixes without any luck.
Please help.

• The problem seems to be from USB Port Power .
• In your EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other, try adding the latest USBInjectAll.kext from RehabMan RehabMan-USBInjectAll-2018-1108.zip
• Check if this would help fix this Automatic Reboot on Shut Down issue.
• If still present, check and edit BIOS_PowerManagement _ErP Support ->ENABLED
• Try shutting down to test

I tried all of your tips but the machine still reboots every time.

If you have any External devices connected to USB ports , disconnect and check if that resolves the issue.
Other than that I don't have any other suggestions to narrow down the cause to this Reboot issue.
