Will Mountain Lion run on my Dell XPS 14 Ultrabook Laptop?

Hello, I wanted to ask if my Dell XPS 14 Ultrabook laptop can run latest version of Mountain Lion? I posted this question and no one replied to it. Please could you tell as soon as possible...

Here are my specs:

Dell XPS 14 Ultrabook

Graphics: Nvidea GeForce 630M with 1GB memory.

Ram 8gb.

64bit OS.

running Windows 7 Home Premium.

Intel Core I7

Speed: 1.90GHz, 2.40Ghz.

Could someone please tell me asap. It takes 1 of your time to answer my question. It would be much appreciated if you could help. Thank You.
