Will Mountain Lion install on Asus Transformer or Lenovo Yoga 11?

I'm looking into refurbished and cheaper/older laptops to save more money for this Hack project. Here are the two I like the most, the 2-in-1 aspect plus touch screen really is awesome, but my main need is just decent enough hardware so it can run medium-fast/not terrible, and not crash or break down. I know the main ML guide is for all Intel-based PCs, but I'm completely new to this and want to know of any problems ahead of time.
