Will it work as dual boot?

Hello, n00b here...

This is what I currently have with my Windows 7:
- Intel i7 920 @ 2.67GHz
- MSI Xpower Big Bang Mobo
- 16Gb Ram - Corsair Vengeance DDR3 SDRAM Dual Channel
- 2x Radeon HD6850 1Gb ea. in crossfire (I know, it won't pick up crossfire)

Will it work if I load everything in a new Hard Drive? this will be to edit pictures and junk.

Don't see any reason why not. You might have to use NullCPUPM kext to prevent KP if MSR is locked in the BIOS and you will need an alternative for audio if voodooHDA won't work. Google is your friend on the MSR issue.
