Will GigaByte GeForce GTX 660 work in OS X?

Hello, I plan to build my Hackintosh with the GigaByte GTX 660 (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00942TK8I/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=tonymacx86com-20), but I'm not sure if this GPU is compatible with OS X 10.9.

Does anyone know the answer or has further experiences with the GTX 660?

In the forum I saw threads about the GTX 660 Ti - Versions with a better integration in the OS.

I have the GTX 660 installed in my system (Mav 10.9.1 - Gigabyate Z77-DS3H board) and it works fine.

Be aware though that the card's speed won't clock down from abt 1 Ghz once you have looked at a picture with preview. Normal clock speed is 324 Mhz, with usual low power consumption. This changes when usuing e.g. preview to abt 1 Ghz, power cons. goes up. Everybody with this type of card and similar ones from NVIdia are wating for new drivers

No, it starts with 10.9 already- Problems is missing web drivers from Nvidia. There are money discussions re this here and elsewhere. A number of clever people trying to cirucmvent this.

But some of the other tonymacx86 members say that many GPUs "just work fine" and drivers are not required anymore.

many do work fine, yes. Mine also. No problem. Except that there is no power management.

Which GPU do you use in your system and what does "no power management" actually mean?
