Will a 750W PSU be enough?

That's plenty of power! A 460W PSU would probably be overkill already. (With the 6870 taken into account already, of course.) So if you can save yourself the dollars go for a weaker PSU.

My 2cent on this. ;)

I think that's overboard, but if you plan on adding more HDD in the future, it might make sense.

I have 5 fans, a gtx 480, 5 hdd, a cd burner, 16gb RAM and so on, on an 850w and I only use about 670w.
I have 6 fans, a 6850, 2 hdd, 2 ssd. a dvd burner, 16gb RAM, overclocked q6600, and I use 105W idle and 178W full power...!

oO' where do your use 670w on you full rigg?? does the 480gtx use 450w???

The best way to decide if a PSU is going to be adequate to support your hardware, is to look at the minimum requirements for each piece of hardware.

Example, the 6870 requires a 500w PSU minimum.
Each HDD uses 30-50w a piece, depending on type *SATA 1,2, or 3*
CPU uses 100w max.
RAM uses 10-15w each stick
DVD dives generally use 15-30w max.

Add those up. once you have a final figure ,toss another 50 watts on top, to give you some head room. Thats the number you want for your PSU.

This is just a general guideline that i have used for over 20 years of computer building, and its never let me down.

Haha, the thing is, I had just bought it off amazon for £16, so I thought I'll would just buy it just because of the low price (Used - Like New)
At the moment I have a 400W CiT PSU (In my old system) but for £16 I can't complain!
And yes i will eventually I will buy an SSD, lcd fan controller and the PSU calculator all came up to 460W minimum.
Thanks for the help guys :D

That's what the PSU calculator told me. Whatever it is, it's way less than my PSU can handle, so I'm fine with it. I'm also fine with having a ton of room to add even more!
