Wifi Ralink RT5390

I have a x54c asus laptop and i can not get the wifi to work. I have a Ralink Rt5390 wifi card and i can not make it work. I am also running mac 10.8.3.

RT5390 is not supported, only some Atheros or Broadcom cards.

What would be the best usb wifi adapter that is fairly cheap.
