Hi,
I use BCM94360CD wifi + bluetooth card. It worked well in 10.10, 10.11, 10.12, but til 10.13 this high ping issue came. "Wake for network access" has been turned off. If I checked "Wake for network access", after the first sleep wake cycle the WiFi would break and I got a high ping. To turn off the "Wake for network access" just works partially, which I mean the WiFi works well after first several sessions of sleep wake cycles. But after several days of several times of sleep wake cycles, the WiFi finally breaks and high ping issue turns up.
