Wifi Drops on i3 X015UT #ABA

Hi guys I have wifi dropping in and out on my i3 w/ 320gb hdd. I have the Atheros NIC. Also I'm not getting any hdmi connectivity to my HDTVs.

Any ideas?

Also would this pc work as well? Anyone know what NIC is in it and how to find it? The model numbers are showing the exact same for the i3, i5, and, i7 models with HD 3000 graphics.
