Wifi card not working after macOS Mojave installation

I just did a fresh Mojave install on my system and it all appears to be working, but the WIFI isn't recognized. I can't really put the system through it's paces without a connection.
My system is a
Gigabyte GA-z87x-UD7-TH
Intel I74770K
Wifi card is a TP-Link TL-WDN4800 Dual Band Wireless N900 PCIE adapter
It's old but it's still listed on the buyers guide so I'm hoping there's a fix. If not what new card should I get?
