Wierd Mouse Cursor Problem

Okay, after I got working graphics in sierra, I was having fun, but a wierd thing is going on with my mouse cursor where it doesn't change to a hand when I hover over a link, when I hover over something I am typing, it doesn't always show the "typing cursor", ect. This had occured before, but I somehow fixed it. I the mouse is a logitech M215 and a ProHT Mouse. Here are my specs: Intel Core i5 3350p
GeForce GT 620
Mobo that came with my dell xps 8500 (these specs are in my profile.)

Edit: It also has a bug in MC where when I am playing it shows the cursor AND the crosshair.

@gubarcs, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard, CPU and iGPU or Graphics Card(s).
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard.

No I did not, I am staying on El Capitan until I can fix this.

I do not have that computer anymore, I built a new one.

A possible solution is to install a custom cursor pack like a hand.

Try to replace fakesmc kext with virtualsmc kext.
