Why SSDT.aml and SSDT-SB-i5.aml and SSDT-1.aml... ??? all of which have CPU related APSS/APSN/etc.

Only one of them can win. You did not provide ioreg, so it is not possible to tell you which one is actually active.

And... all only SSDT-1.aml is possibly right (the others lack plugin-type).

AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext
AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementClient.kext

You are using -xcpm kernel flag. When using that flag power management is in the kernel instead of AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement*.

Note: Your ACPI/patched is wrong. You should not have dynamic SSDTs there.

Based on ACPI/origin, you should have:
DSDT.aml
SSDT.aml (from ssdtPRgen.sh)
SSDT-0.aml
SSDT-1.aml
SSDT-2.aml
SSDT-3.aml
SSDT-4.aml

The 'x' SSDTs are omitted because they are dynamic.
