Which Semi-Pro USB Soundcard for El Capitan?

Hey there.
i think my Delta 1010 LT is now at the end (No Envy24 support in Clover)

Cannot get it to work with El Capitan.

i need a cheap good USB Interface with good ASIO latency.
I only use VST, Samples, and recorded stuff from my friends.

Maybe the new M-Audio M-Track 2x2
or Steinberg UR22 MK2

or i can get a very cheap Focusrite Scarlett 2i2

Anyone using Capitan and can suggest me a good one ?

You can get a used MOTU 828mk2 for about $220. (Firewire though)
Works in El Capitan. 8x8 interface, plus 2 mic inputs.

Lexicon Alpha Studio USB alright for the money and is class compliant so needs no drivers.
