Which OS X for GA X79 UD5 and 3930K??

Hi People,
Ive been installing over and over, I tried Mountain LIon first, got to install screen with -x npci=0x3000 PCIRootUID=0,
Rebooted with Unibeast and all looked good, full resolution, my GTX580 is recognized and both monitors working. Unknown CPU.
Followed advice from this thread-

and others, problem is every time I use Multibeast or a DSDT it goes south fast.
So anyway, I'm kind of running out of time....
Can anyone give me a guide or link to a thread that will make this happen?
I don't even mind if its LIon or Mountain Lion.
Any help hugely appreciated.

I am also trying to set up ML 10.8.2 on a X79-UD5 board. I can access the installer using npci=0x3000 PCIRootUID=0 -v but once the installer has run and booting from the hard drive on which ML is installed, I can not even get to ML. Eventhough I am using the same boot options. The system starts until I get to the white screen where I would expect the wizard for providing AppleID etc... So I don't even get to running multibeast or installing kexts.

As you are experiencing similar problems, I'm interested in how you are coping with these.

I also tried the rampage approach, but also no luck there.
