Which macOS version do you prefer for hackintosh builds you actually do work on?

Remember: I specifically mean hackintoshes you need to do work on, so not just a case of trying to upgrade to latest macOS version for fun!

Don't need to "work" on any, but for maximum game flexibility, High Sierra or Mojave. To play Firmament, I need Ventura, So I keep all those versions. Also Tiger (on my Early 2005 Apple Power PC G5) for earlier games like "Obsidian," etc. that have never been ported to the later Mac OS'es.
