which graphics card is better?

or
EVGA GeForce 9500 GT 1GB DDR2

I will be doing some video editing and photoshop, aftereffects, flash.
I won't be doing heavy duty stuff right now, just beginning, so don't need anything to heavy. I heard the DDR5 is faster, but wasn't sure if the 9500 was a better card still.
Or would I be okay with an 8400gs?

From what I've read the GT 240 is pretty equivalent to a 9800 GT.
Yes the RAM on the 240 is faster compared to the DDR2 on the 9300 GT.

If you're going to have an i5 in the system I think either will be sufficient for what you're looking to do.
