where to download mavericks now?

Anybody know where i can get mavericks now that it's not available in the app store? I've been trying to download yosemite to update 10.6.8 and apparently apple is having problems on their end with people trying to update from 10.6.8. Any help is appreciated!

base on my experiences it's GONE gone, not even apple support can assist with getting a copy/DL link. Maybe some one else has better advise.
