Whats a good settings i7 Sandy bridge

I want to get 4.5 i have a GA-Z77X-UD5H and a i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4
I am new to overclock need ideas on a good settings for this speed and be safe thank you for any help....

First you need a good CPU-Cooler.
Then you go to your BIOS/UEFI and fix all the Voltages. Then you set your CPU Voltage to 1.25 or you do it with DVID.
Some i7-2600k need a lot of Voltage for 4.5GHz and you should go down for e.g. 4.2/4.3.
Your Multiplier has to be to 45 , if you want 4.5GHz.

For Testing you use Prime95.
