In case you didn't know, Apple has $100 billion in the bank. Cash. They're going to spend some of it- a Tim Cook announcement is live Monday morning at 9AM Eastern/6AM Pacific on a stockholders conference call.

Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO, and Peter Oppenheimer, Apple’s CFO, will host a conference call to announce the outcome of the Company’s discussions concerning its cash balance. Apple® will not be providing an update on the current quarter nor will any topics be discussed other than cash.

So- what will they spend it on? Twitter acquisition? Stockholder dividends? Investment in American labor?

Buy back stock=no...They have to be crazy to buy it at an all time high.
Stock split=no...doesn't add value.
One time dividend, doubtful because 2/3 of the cash is held overseas.

Has to be a dividend around 2%, I could care less about receiving a dividend but it opens their stock up to a larger investment universe bigger then just the growth guys.

Nothing too exciting. The conference call will be starting in a few minutes. They put out a press release about a dividend/stock buyback/repurchase program.
