What price drop should we expect ?

Hello all !
With the launch of the new Nvidia cards (which is pretty exciting but not hackintosh compatible any soon ..), what kind of price drop do you think we should expect on the 900 series ?
I was planning on buying the 970 but I'm hopping (maybe in vain ..) the 980 or even the 980Ti will match the current prices of the 970.

Also when do you think this price drop will occur ? Before or after the 27th of May (launch date of the 1080) ?

I am not sure of the rate of drop, but I wouldn't expect to see the drop until after it launches. That will give stores time to sell it at cost for the last few people that don't know about the upgrade and then start to lower them to everyone else.

I would just pickup a used 980ti. They are going for about the price of a brand new 970, its nuts!
